Coral reefs affect how currents will flow and thus the shape and nature of waves on the surface. Similarly, we all have deep patterns, or skandas, which shape the waves of our thoughts, emotions and actions. One-on-one sessions are a chance to shift and re-grow new physical, emotional and mental ways of being. Struggling in intense waves? Learn to surf, swim and frolic instead.

Heal personal injuries

I use the Universal Principles of Alignment™ to shift physical patterns and heal injuries. The Principles guide how you use your strength, flexibility, alignment and kinesthetic awareness to manage and maintain your body's integrity.

Develop a physical practice

We will work together to create a routine that supports your goals for health and wellness.

Live with joy and happiness

I use a blend of Eastern and Western psychological perspectives to transform long-held beliefs or patterns that no longer serve you. I also use creative modalities such as dance, poetry and movement to help you build on your inherent strength and vitality.
